Weeds are, by definition, resilient and adaptive. Wherever there is exposed soil, weeds will inevitably establish themselves.

Our vegetation management program minimises the impact of unwanted or potentially damaging vegetation by using brush-cutters, chainsaws, zero-turn mowers and slashers to help control fire, unwanted incursion and to allow access to sites.

Scientific Pest Management provide GPS tracking and reporting for all weed and vegetation management technician activity in the field including;

Site weather monitoring and web based reporting

Activity tracking, weather condition and pest control activity data is recorded and reported on-line for client benefit. Clients can request automated reports to be emailed at pre-set dates and times.

Our audit process complies with AS/NZS ISO 9001 and is set out in Scientific Pest's Quality Procedures and staff are trained in the following standards; AS/NZS 4801 – OHS Management Systems, AS 2507 – The Storage and Handling of Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals, AS/NZS ISO 9001 – Quality Management System Requirements, AS/NZS 4360 Risk Management and AS/NZS ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System in which the training is sourced externally.

Scientific Pest uses core KPI’s to monitor technicians in the filed identifying and measuring issues of non-compliance, observing the need for further training if required and resulting in comprehensive performance management of all of their staff on a regular basis.

Our quality system is pro-active and responds, through the use of internal auditing, to any non-conformances that may arise. Quality Management reports track overall Quality performance throughout the company. Quality Management questionnaires and meetings are used to obtain feedback from clients in order to enhance and continually assess and improve our Quality systems.

Our communication with you is efficient and we achieve this by promoting our electronic data capture and service report delivery using a mobile CMS system. The service reports can be emailed on the day or with the invoice, depending on your requirement.
